The process begins with a Trication Zinc phosphate PLC-controlled pretreatment, followed by a thorough drying process where parts are preheated at 120 degrees Celsius. Subsequently, the parts pass through our powder coating booths and main ovens in a dust-free environment, ensuring consistently high quality. In-house quality testing is rigorous, involving impact tests, scratch adhesion assessments, powder coating thickness measurements, salt spray tests, and more.
